Cllr. LOVERIDGE Roger, Callicroft 

Roger Loveridge, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Roger has lived in Patchway for over 60 years and has been heavily involved within the community for most of that time. He was elected to the Patchway Town Council in 2014 and is currently Vice Chair of the Council and Chair of the Parks and open spaces Committee. He was directly involved in securing a grant of £676,000.00 for the development of a new sports facility in Scott Park. Roger has now got the planning application to its final stage and work for the new all weather floodlit training facility along with the new twin lane all weather cricket practice facility should hopefully start within 6 months. This will be of great benefit to the residents of Patchway and Charlton Hayes.

Roger is a lead member of the Patchway and Charlton Hayes Community Centre project group, and outline plans have been agreed in principle by South Glos Planning Department for a major upgrade. The plans include a new purpose built preschool and refurbishment of the Community Centre that will create more recreational space for the residents of Patchway and Charlton Hayes. Roger’s other priorities are to get the roads of Charlton Hayes adopted by South Glos Council especially with the new school now being built; and to have continuing discussions with Street Care on trying to improve parking problems in Patchway

His commitment to the community of Patchway has been further demonstrated with his voluntary work with the Senior Citizens Wednesday Lunch Club at the Community Centre and the newly established Patchway Food Bank at St Chad’s Church.

BANDLAMUDI  Siva, Callicroft

Siva is a local resident of Charlton Hayes, where he lives with his family. He is fighting for street lights, street clean up, lower taxes and secondary school in Charlton Hayes. Siva holds a Master degree in Computer Science from University of Liverpool Hop.

BARBOSA  Eliana, Callicroft

Eliana Barbosa, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Eliana works with NHS. She is a local campaigner and she fights for good governance and policing services. Eliana has championed several law and order causes as a member of Independent Advisory Group to Avon & Somerset Police Constabulary. Eliana special interests in social policy and criminology. She is a well known community leader of Latin community.

Ros Messenger, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Ros is a current Patchway Town Councillor. She has been campaigning for neighborhood watch and green areas in Patchway and Charlton Hayes.

RAMARATHNAM Prasana, Callicroft

Prasana is a local resident of Charlton Hayes. He runs a small information technology business. Prasana is campaigning for better street care, road resurfacing and green areas across Charlton Hayes and Patchway.

VARAGANI Ramana, Callicroft

Ramana Varagani, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Ramana is a local resident and he has been campaigning for road adoption and street care. He is a small technology business owner. If election on may 2nd, he plans to fight for more local services and a GP Surgery in Charlton Hayes.

SHAMBHU Sanjay, Callicroft

Sanjay Shambhu, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Sanjay is a local resident of Charlton Hayes and he has fought for and won several facilities including plan for installation of over 12 street bins in Charlton Hayes, and street lights for many streets. He also leads the monthly street cleanup in Patchway and Charlton Hayes with Jo, Brian and other residents. Sanjay led a petition to keep Charlton Boulevard open, for which he campaigned with our local MP Jack Lopresti to submit petitions to House of Commons. He has been fighting for our neighbors and residents in Patchway and Charlton Hayes for many years, if elected he will continue to be force to deliver for local residents.

BUDDHARAJU Jo, Callicroft

Jo Buddharaju, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Jo is a local resident and campaigner. She has found for keeping Charlton Boulevard open and is a co-organiser of regular street cleanup events with Sanjay and Brian. Jo is campaigning for early road adoption and street care across Charlton Hayes and Patchway.

Cllr. HOPKINSON Brian, Callicroft

Brian Hopkinson, Callicroft, Patchway Town Council candidate

Brian has lived nearly all his life in and around Patchway. He is a current South Gloucestershire Councillor and he passionately cares for community development. Brian was instrumental in setting up Bradly Stoke Radio and working hard setup a community radio for Charlton Hayes. He is a vocal supporter of Charlton Hayes and Patchway.
